We’re finally got a CCR1009-1S-1S+ router to replace our good old RB1100 which became slow for our network.
Main feature we paid attention to, is a SFP port, faster CPU and more RAM. Additional PSU is a great feature too.
When I started to configure my new router, I’ve remembered that we have fiber cable, which does two roles - connect far clients with the vlanid=10 to the mikrotik router which should route them to the same fiber but with the vlanid=1.
Also we have local network, which connected to the 1Gb ports on the mikrotik, these clients with the vlanid=default should be routed to the internet too.
All traffic between the clients and internet must be processed by firewall.
All of our clients (local and far) should get IP-addresses from the same ip-pool, and be in one subnet.
That’s how it should looks like:

I need some hints on where to start, how to implement this. Most confusing part is a VLAN.
