Cant find /tool sigwatch ?

Hi,
just trying to make use of the sigwatch tool.
Im running v2.9.28 on an RB532, License level 4
Any reason the tool isnt there?
I have the advanced-tools package loaded.

AFAIK, it’s only present on x86 systems
