I recently purchase rb3011uias-rm and configured it as hotspot router and tried to login to the userman page and got the err NOT found. i downloaded n checked in the all package npk folder and couldnt find user manager.npk to install for rb3011. Pls kindly help me out on where to find it to install it. Thank U.

Did you download the additional package found here ?http://download2.mikrotik.com/routeros/6.34/all_packages-arm-6.34.zip
Just extract user-manager-6.34-arm.npk to the files and reboot
userman should be installed then.
RB3011 does not support User Manager. Such package does not exist for ARM

I see now that the additional package for 6.34 does not contain user-manager.
But the package for 6.32.3 does for some reason?
When can we expect userman to be supported again?
I think a lot of users are planning to upgrade their RB2011’s to the new 3011
I’ve also been looking for user manager for the RB3011.
Searching the archive folders I found that user manager is in all_packages-arm-6.33.3
Why was it removed after that???
Can I use this version with the latest 6.35?

we were told and sold the RB 3011 UASi that it worked for wifi hotspots and now supports user manager npk. Were we scammed ?
For a router this expensive user manager is missing, why ?? Can we have a official reason ?
It can do hotspot. Just not user manager

User Manager for ARM platform (RB3011 and similar) is not expected for RouterOS v6.
It could be possible to see ARM User Manager in v7 only
Such statement has not been seen for a long time here. Expect an avalanche of “when” questions.
