can't get into my router...have i been hacked?

Hi,

I can’t seem to log into my router at all!
not via a network cable/wifi/ or winbox.

nmap is showing those ports open:
443/tcp open https
1723/tcp open pptp

i don’t want to reset it just yet…any ideas?
i used to have an ad guard server and all my DNS requests went there.
so the router is set to give the following DNS:
192.168.x.x
8.8.8.8
1.1.1.1

if i set up my machine to get dns from the router i am unable to browse the internet.

What if you use a web browser, do you get the login page of WebFig? If yes, does your username/password still work?
Does the router have a serial port or USB port?
