Hello,
We’ve just bought a new level 4 license, but can not install it, “invalid key” appears as soon as file is uploaded.
Also it fails trying to get it online, saying “invalid service level”.
Double-checked Software Id, it’s ok.
routerOS is v4.3
winBox loader is v2.2.15
What can we do ?.
