cant log in to my router with https:(ssl port 443)

i want to log in to my router from Wan with https:(ssl port 443) but i cant.
It works from WAN and LAN with http:(port 80)
But https: ssl doesnt work.

In my Router Os
Under Ip - Services www-ssl i activated and it uses port 443, it says not activated, i have not created any certificate.

The qi will try to create a certificate.

Thanks it worked, i used the same certificate that i used in my synology NAS.
Synology has a built in feature for creating private certificates.
