Can't log in to web admin interface

Hello,

I have configured my Audience LTE (OS 6.48.1) using my computer (Safari) and on LTE AP Dual quik set page changed local IP/DHCP to 192.168.8.x range. Once I reconnected to WiFi to get new IP, I can’t access web access page anymore. I tested with different browsers and cleared cache, but the page is simply not reachable.
What is strange that from my iphone I can easily connect to 192.168.8.1 using iOS app or browser. How is that possible?

I guess mac has cached something from previous router which was in the same address range. Once I restarted mac, all IPs started to work.
