Can't login to Mikrotik hac ac3 ip 0.0.0.0

Hi!

I have mikrotik hap ac3 router with 7.1.3 routeros but I can’t login.

Hard reset - nothing.

Winbox - ip 0.0.0.0 and can’t login

webinterface - the same

Netinstall in Windows don’t show the pacages and only 6.49.2

Help me, please.

Use WinBos.

Refresh, look for router, click MAC address to use it instead of IP which is not set, log in, configure

WinBox indeed.
If you have another Mikrotik router, then there is also MAC Telnet and MAC ssh in Tools, to connect without IP address.
MAC access requires both devices to be on the same L2 network (no routers in between)

I have this problem too. When I make Reset Configuration, can’t login on winbox or webinterface. Only on phone work. I try few times.

Now is working good.

Flashing from Windows 10 with 2 or 3 attempts.
