Can't make supout.rif

Can’t make supout.rif
When progress bar 15%, router going reboot. No files created in filesystem.

os version: 6.37.4
hw version: RouterBOARD 3011UiAS, firmware ipq8060, 3.35
71% free space in filesystem

Any suggestions?

"system sup-output" hangs at 6% on ROS6.7

Do you have a watchdog set?

Shure, with automatic supout. Router reboots then progress is 15% - after 30 seconds.
Another routers with the same watchdog settings make supout successfully.

I try to turn off watch dog. The router hangs. Even LCD indicator was not functionedю
I waited for 30 minutes and made cold restart (power off/on). There is no any .rif files in filesystem

I too have a RB3011 that restarts once the process reaches 15%. I have updated the firmware and software to most current ( FW:3.35 Version 6.38.5). I have another issue with this same device, and wonder if the reason why I am unable to create the supout.rif has to do with my other issue.

Anyone have any ideas as to what would cause this to happen?

Hello again. I have updated the RB3011 with v6.39.2, and FW 6.35.4

Router still reboots it’s self at 15%. Is this a hardware issue? I now have 2 RB3011’s (out of 14 total) that do this.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
