Can't make system backup

I was looking for some changes, and I found Bad Blocks: 37.8% in system resources. Print screen attached.
I tried to make backup and I got this:
supout.rif also attached.

any help?
I just need fresh backup so I can change router.

You may take backup two way. follow bellow step

click on File => BACKUP wait for few second a new backup file will apper on file list, just drag and drop that file on your desktop. you may restore the backup configuration on new router. Just drag this backup file in to new router file list, select the backup file click on Restore button. DONE! (sometime interface name of the backup and actual physical interface number mismatch, nothing to worry, you just need to rename the interface as actual.

2nd way to take backup

Open terminal window

type command [admin@MikroTik] > export file=backup10may

then go to file menu drag and drop backup file “backup10may” in to your desktop. you open this “backup10may.rsc” file with wordpad.

your supout doesn’t contain /export - seems like your system is very broken…

try /export in Terminal, but probably you won’t be able to get your config entirely, just some parts of it
