Can't Obtain IP Address

I have just purchased a 2011RB router. I had connectivity and was using this for a brief few days. Through configuration changes/testing I have somehow locked myself out and have no IP connectivity using the ports on the front of the router. (I don’t have a rollover cable for access to the port on the back or USB)

I have reset the router using the plug in and hold down the factory reset button. At this point when I plug in I have link light showing physical connectivity is there.

I can’t obtain an IP. I thought I had reset this but am stuck now.

I don’t have much experience with this but the LED status on the touch screen is looking normal (I think)

In the end I have no means to do anything at all to this device Does anyone have any suggestions?
