Hi, can anyone help me with my issue, regarding opening ports like 40317 or 49317?
I already created NAT rules in the firewall tab, but no luck.
Anything else that I should do ?

Could you post your config? That screen does not tell to much.
I suggest using WinBox instead of smartfon to configure your eouter.
