can't ping from an local network to another

hello i have a hotspot on interface LAN1 on 192.168.0.0/24 network, i have ollthow a 192.168.100.0/24 network on interface LAN1.

what can i do to be able to ping ip adress situated in 192.168.100.0/24 network when i am conected from winbox,
