cant ping ppoe client and cant remote them

I have 3 ISP
first isp for routing youtube
second isp for routing social media
third isp for routing port 443 tcp

i have 100 clients ppoe but i cant ping their router (tp link wr840),
my mikrotik is RB 1100.
now I need solution to ping router client and remote ppoe router.

  2. For give assistance on TP-Link products, go to tp-link forum.
    Because if you can’t ping the tp-link devices over the WAN, because on default config tp-link block ping and management on WAN,
    the MikroTik equipment has nothing to do with it.
