can't ping to a device inside a bridge?

Hello ,
I have a strange problem
I have a device - 10.0.0.65 connected to Ether2.
I have a RB433 - Bridge (Ether1+2+3) IP 10.0.0.60
when I ping to the device from my compuer I get no replay
when I ping to device from New-Terminal Iget no replay
when I remove ether2 from the bridge and give him IP 10.0.0.63
I have replay to my device only from the New-Terminal , but not from my computer

(the Device is working - when I connect only him to my computer I have ping )

Whay could it be?

Posting a diagram and exports will rise the chances of anyone being able to help you.

What are the network masks of IPs involved? What’s your computer network settings? (ipconfig /all on windows CMD)

all the IP are in Class C 255.255.255.0
my computer is 10.0.0.99/24
