Can't port forward, Not sure if able to access External - A huge mess

Hello, I have MikroTik router.


I am pretty newbie at this stuff and I have no clue how to port forward.

Port 80 is open, yet I can’t forward 3389. This is a complete disaster to me, I have no clue what to do and where to start. All I want to do is just forward 3389.

ALSO,

For some reason, when I try to connect my MikroTik from another place, it shows me the router login page but for some reason, it keeps saying that user / password is invalid.

What to do, where to start. I have to use TeamViewer to connect my home computer and then login there ‘locally’.
