Can't reach CRS305 that is behind RB4011

I have an 10G switch (CRS305) that is connected to two clients. This switch itself is connected to RB4011 router via an SFP+ cable. This router has it’s own clients connected via conventional network cables.

I’ve applied a software update on RB4011 to 6.46 and since the update I am unable to reach the CRS305 via winbox or web interface. The clients that are connected to CRS305 don’t have access to the rest of the network either. I had rebooted both RB4011 and the CRS305 to no avail.

Is there anything else I can do?

Can you ping the CRS ?
Is the SFP port “R” running ? Can you see the negotiation between those two ?
