The router has strange symptoms. At first it stopped accepting the password. I am absolutely sure that the password is correct, since it was recorded and I always used it. Next I had to change the configuration and I tried to reset the settings. Connected to the router through the BOOT port, turned off the power and pressed the reset button, then without releasing the button, turned on the power. I waited more than a minute, but nothing happens. The green light is constantly on, not blinking. When the power was connected, the relay is clicked several times. Then I try to reset through the closure of contacts. Having closed the contacts in various ways (tried with a screwdriver, tweezers, scissors), turn on the power - nothing happens, the green light does not light or blink.
In Winbox I can see the router and it generally works without problems in my network. But when trying to flash it through Netinstall nothing happens, the router is not determined. The firmware is 6.42.6 (stable). Any advise how to access the router?
Can you connect to the console using a serial cable/adapter?

You can activate boot over ethernet and then perform netinstall.
