Hi i went thru the configuration on transparent bridging on the wiki site and did what was requiered...i can ping the ether1 from the pc i'm using and i can also ping wlan1(though on different networks,but i added the ip addresses in the Tcp/ip settings of the pc i'm using) but i can't seem to access the internet.when i type the command interface>print in the command terminal this is what i discovered that the item #1 which is my wireless card is not running .pls anyone have an idea on how to get it running???????/

yup..
when your AP and client correct config and assosiating than accept it on your AP, you will have 'R' [runing] flag on wireless interface.

thanks alot baltimore..i went thru the document on the site u supplied..and made some changes..but i still have the same problem..i hope my wireless card has not gone bad..cos the RB is a new one..any more suggestions???

to make understand about it, i think better you will try [basic wirelessly] first one as AP [mode=ap-bridge] and other as STATION [mode=station], if success you will have 'R' flag than continue with Transparant Bridge Network.. cos with that methode maybe littlr connfuse... 
I suggest you to try first as i said...
i think basic wireless just put little config set to: band, freq, ssid, ip, mode on ap and staion
