Can't send and use email

Hi, I would send email in case of watchdog reboot, by the watchdog window I can’t use SMTP autenthication, it gets’ me a bit confused why here I need to specify server.
ANyway I configured email under tools and I can’t send it too, it wants a numeric IP but my provider need alias. oO I can’t use it?

Is the "service**i**@==== proper FROM address?

Thanks for answering, ok there was a problem with the address, it works, anyway I can’t get an email when I need it, after a watchdog event, why there there are less options to send email? It looks it can work only with a very simple SMTP server with no autentication and so on..
There is a way to receive an email when watchdog triggers?

Which mail provider ?
If gmail, it needs a special application authentication code in order to be able to use it.

Also, which version of ROS are you using ?

As you can see from the Tools/email I can type all necessary paramenters to use an external SMTP, with autentications and so on. For the watchdog there aren’t such options, so it can work only with a LAN SMTP without authentication and so on..
Is it correct?
Do I have a way to send an email when watchdog triggers?
I’m running latest 7.11

According to documentation email and server from tool/ email will be used if you leave those 2 blank in watchdog.
