Can't send router traffic through SFP+ port

Hi,
I have an RB4011iGS+ router and i’m sending the traffic to a Switch where all LAN devices are connected using Ethernet 5 port.
My goal is to replace the Ethernet 5 port with SFP+ port to get better speed on LAN devices.
The switch i’m using is a TP-Link SG3452 which has SFP+ ports and they are enabled, so i’ve connected an SFP+ cable from RB4011iGS+ router to one of the switch SFP+ ports.
Now on Winbox, on Interface List, if i open sfp-sfpplus1 interface, it seems that it finds the connected cable

But “running” remains “Greyed” and status “no link”.
Should i activate something else? What should i look for?
Any help is much appreciated.

I have DAC cable between RB5009 and CSS610 but it’s a Mikrotik one (XS+DA0001).
I see in my SFP settings rate select as low. Speed is being advertised as 10Gbps.

Already tried to change that rate setting ?

See this page for compatible peripherals, especially section on SFP+ modules.
I don’t see anything from Ubiquity being mentioned …

Maybe worth to try via support ?

Thanks for your response.
Yes i’ve tried the different settings but still nothing.
Maybe it’s a compatibility issue indeed. I’ll try the support.
Thanks again!
