Can't set allow roaming on R11e-LTE-US

Hi all,
I am configuring a batch of 6 US spec SXT LTE devices (R11e-LTE-US) using roaming SIMs.

Three of them are working very well.

On the other three I am not able to set the “Allow Roaming” option. I can tick the “Allow Roaming” box in WebFig, but when I press “Apply” it immediately comes unticked. I have also tried setting it via the terminal: /interface lte set lte1 allow-roaming=yes. That seems to run (no error message), but does not set the option.

The revision of one of the non-working devices is: MPSS: R11eL_v16.02.183961: R11eL_v05.03.183961 CUSTAPP:

Any idea how I can fix the problem.

Thanks for the reply. I will upgrade to the latest version of ROS to see if that helps.

So, contact directly to Mikrotik support.

I use it on a LtAP, but I not need roaming function.
