I have a big problem, I worked many times with mikrotik and all worked great, but now I have a problema that never I saw.
The MAC address from a router “hap ac lite - RB952U i-5ac2nD” is already register it can connect to internet and resolv everything great but I can´t share internet to other devices, I read a lots of tutorial from internet about sharing using NAT but nothing works, I try to use hotspot and didn’t work too, then I try nat but I enable proxy web too and I configured the client to use use the proxy on port 8080 and then the client can use the internet on the browser but just in the browser, on devices like smartphones just work the browser some application like mail clients, ftp, whatsapp and other didn’t work.
Then I thought to try sharing internet in my computer, I put the mac address of the router in my laptop and I had internet, then I enable in windows 10 the option of “HotSpot Mobil” and all works great!!!, I connected from another laptop and with a smartphone to my computer (in hotspot mode in windows) and all works great all the application, everything.!!!
Finally I took the router to my house and configured with my IPS in my house and the router works great!!! the nat, hotspot, everythings great, so the problem is not the router, I think is somenthing with the configuration.
What is the differents between what windows make to share internet in “HotSpot mode”??? and how can I share internet with Mikrotik router, I have shared internet many times with mikrotik devices but this is the first time that I see a problem like this.
