I Can’t uninstall package, because i have no space on hdd.

Anything in ‘files’ view that can be deleted? You may have to export all settings, perform a full reset to factory settings and re-import. 
If you used TheDude as a server on this RouterBoard, that may have eaten up all the disc space. Always use secondary ‘slave’ stores for TheDude.
nest is right, those are your only options. we are currently trying to solve the problem with uninstall at zero disk space.
