I upgraded routeros from 6.4 to 6.7 - successfully.
After this I updated routerboard in terminal: system routerboard upgrade yes
Then I restarted router…it didnt upgrade routerboard…
I repeated this steps 5 times, without success. Why?
did you use power cycle or reboot command? try the other way

Try this:
/system routerboard settings set force-backup-booter=no
/system routerboard upgrade
/system rebootHTH,
I have found when doing upgrades, that use termail to do the upgrade install and then instead of using term to reboot, go to system>reboot and that works better.
