Can't upgrade Routerboard version

Hello,

I have a pair of SXT 5HPnD devices for a PtP link, both have 6.41.3 package version, but I can not upgrade Routerboard in one of them:

Both have Internet access and can download the Package version corretly, why I can not upgrade the Routerboard version?

What is in the log when you click on Upgrade button?

try through the tik app. I had the same issue, but i was able to do it through the tik app.

From your screenshot upgrade firmware shows 3.33, do you have custom firmware file uploaded on the router? Check files menu

I uploaded to the device and now I have 3.41 version:

I have newer firmware, but still can not upgrade more.

Where could I download 6.42 firmware for my device?

I have some firmware in the Files section. I delete them and now I can upgrade to the latest firmware:

Hi - I had this issue on a couple of Discs (RBDiscG-5acD) running older versions. Clients. The issue was with Nstreme. I switched the AP to nv2 and then they updated normally by using System->Packages in the GUI with no issues. Updated to 6.46.2.
