I installed a CSS326-24G+2S-RM yesterday.
This switch is running 2.10p firmware.
I tried to upgrade it manually, several times, to 2.17.
It never upgraded. It continues to show that it’s running 2.10p.
Any suggestions on how to get it upgraded?

Had just bought some days ago the CRS312-4C+8XG. No chance to get the SwSO to work.
Today I gave that a last chance with restoring to the default factory settings and observed with booting to the RouterOS a new RouterOS Version, installed that and switched with that to SwOS. To be honest - just forget which version of the RouterOS that was. But in the end the SwOS was accessible at the web interface and now all is working as expected.
Not sure if that will help you.
PS: Independent that the SwOS was updated from the RouterOS to 2.17. From the SwOS web interface I was “forced” to do that update again from a default 2.17 to the real SwOS 2.17.
