Can't Upgrade

I’m having trouble upgrading my CCR through Winbox. When I click Check for Updates I get the error: could not resolve address upgrade.mikrotik.com. The router has full internet connectivity and I’m using Google’s DNS ( 8.8.4.4/8.8.8.8 ). I’ve tried this over a couple days now so I don’t think it is their server.

Any idea where to start?

I can provide any relevant configuration if necessary. Currently on version 6.20, would like to be on latest (6.35.4 I think).

You can download the RouterOS file and drag it over winbox, then reboot, and the CCR will be upgraded.

Check System > Routerboard afterwards, and upgrade firmware if necessary.

Thanks Pukkita. I’ll give that a try.

Does that upgrade the base system and all packages, or do the packages need to be done in addition?
