I have 2 old cAP 2nD with problems with the ethernet port. The PoE is working but i get no link.
On the board i cant see anything.
A reset does not help.

Disable all your interfaces (physical and virtual) of your PC and only enable Ethernet. See if Winbox can see by neighbors your routerboard.
