Is there any option to get blinking center led or led off to somehow identify APs that are not in hand reachable height?
Switch MAC address option is known, or any other more destructive functions, like cutting power etc.
But is there any simple method like servers have Identify led blink or something like that …

What OP wants is a command to make the CAP’s LED blink on demand. Like having 10 caps mounted on the ceiling side by side and you don’t want to find out the hard way.
Should be doable via “user-led” - if cap ax has this one available. Did not try out, but could be:
/system/leds/add leds=user-led
/system/leds/set type=on [find where leds=user-led] #turn on
/system/leds/set type=off [find where leds=user-led] # turn off
Mikrotik should make it possible to use blink command (blue led)
Well, it is possible to go into led settings and activate “All LEDs Off”. Blue LED then turns off and certain device can be detected.
It’s in the documentation I referred to if one is willing to read.
I use it quite often myself.
Simply check which AP you need to have.
Go in to it using Winbox (IP or MAC).
Toggle all LEDS on/off. No need to make it more complex.
If you really want, use a script to do this during some minutes with 10 second interval or so to give you some time to go to the required location and check visually (up to the interested reader to make it)
Personally: the places where I need to do this are capsman controlled so there is Wifi so I can simply take my laptop with me and do the on/off dance manually.
All leds off may or may not be supported by a given board model.
I found that (for wireless devices, hap lite in my case) to be handy setting the usr-led to “wireless status” on wlan1, the led will start blinking when the radio is on/has a connection, then disable temporarily that radio to have it off.
cAP AX has only POE leds option and setting - alleds off immediate (or 1h … etc options)
Alleds off immediate works.
Sadly this option cannot be applied via capsman to all APs and then i could manually turn-ON on one-by-one basis
