Cap config - Repeater mode AND allow access on ethernet port

Hello
Is this configuration possible (and if yes - Please post how to)

RouterBoard acts as all of them together-

1)CAP client (no physical wire to CAP manager, it connects and obtains the config purely by CAP).
2)Becomes a repeater of the network it connected to.
3)Provides access to other clients on its physical ethernet interfaces. These ether clients will show up on the network (able to obtain DHCP etc)
