I try to find a configuration for wAP ac so I can remote connect to it if I need to. After routerboard2011 ,I choose one ethernet port which goes to a switch , and then to wAP . I use CAPsMAN configuration also and the service for access points works well. I try to force every machine in this system to has local ip address in the range(lets say 192.168.88.0) so in case I need to make a modification to connect via VPN(to routerboard) to any machine I want. Yes I know as long as capsman is on it takes control for every AP and maybe you cannot connect to it , but if I release the function(uncheck the enable box) is it possible to do it? To achieve this, I am trying to connect to AP via routerboard without wireless connection, just using the connection from there, and I have also tested enough of configurations but I haven’t seen the light yet, could anyone assist me if I can get it done and how?
