CAPs MAN configuration deleted

Hi All,

I have an issue: after a power outage or a simple reboot my hAP ac2 ALWAYS forget the configurations in CAPs MAN set for the interfaces. Everything other remains.
Also, I cannot make a simple backup-restore, because the I always get the “Couldn’t restore configuration - action failed (6)” error messages. Even if I try to make a backup an immediately use that to make a restore.
Does anyone has an idea? What should I do for troubleshooting and solve the issue?

AC2 is notoriously known for lack of flash space.
The symptoms you describe are a perfect example of that fact.

Check Files section if anything is there which can be purged.
Also check packages, is everything which has been installed really needed ? Purge what’s not really needed or remove things which can have an alternative elsewhere.

Last resort: netinstall. This completely formats flash space and removes any left-over clutter from whatever config or installation from the past.
Export config using show-sensitive.
Move to PC.
Netinstall device
Import config using text editor and copy-paste, really observing config which is already there and be sure it can be overwritten.
