I have a Client requirement where we are getting stuck .client already has caps man in place with 2000 users .
Client wants to update permission for internet from excel file after exporting it from Microtek user manager .
Is it possible to download and upload excel files from user manager in excel or .csv format , if yes suggest the steps required to do the same .
