CapsMAN cap on rb2011uas-2hnd-in disconect after 20 sec

I run Capsman v1 on my rb2011uas-2hnd-in i have connected RBcAp2n this works fine.
I also try to add the wireles interface from rb2011uas-2hnd-in.

When i do this i see the folowing : first the cap join but the status is dtlsetup after 20 sec i see in my log some like teardown cap1 enz
And then the cap disconnect after that the proces starts over again and again.

I tried evry setting but i can’t solve this problem is there someone that can help me with this?

I would suggest to migrate to CAPsMAN v2.

is this a known issue ? and wil it be solved in v2?

we haven’t seen such problem. But we recommend to use CAPsMAN v2 as there the CAP to CAPsMAN communication is improved.
Are you using Layer2 (MAC) connection or Layer3 (IP) connection?

i use a layer 2 connection mac based as far i know, how can configure a layer 3 conection ?
The interface is doing the discover automatically, and in the log i see join mac xxxxx

if you do not specify the discovery interface it will use the capsman-address field to look for CAPsMAN server.

I finally found the problem, after uninstalling the hotpot packge it works fine :frowning:
Is this a bug ? is it not posible to use hotspot manager and capsman together ?

there is one more thing when i set my channel on 40 Mhz i get the message unsuported channel :frowning:
I tried all settings but it’s inposible to set it on 40 Mhz

You had hotspot package on the CAPsMAN or CAP installed?
To use the 40mhz you need to specify width 20mhz and use the Extension Channel option.
