please help me out here i’m stuck,
All new routers above 6.40 are losing certificates when restarting them or restarting main capsman, i have to revoke from capsman and then delete to recreate.
error shown in the logs:
caps,info CAP connect to Controller (D4:CA:6D:74:4F:14/5/0) failed: hands
hake failed: self signed certificate in certificate chain (6)
please it’s urgent.

I have exactly the same issue, unfortunately found no solution until today.
Interrupting network connectivity is enough to fail cap talk to capsman.
I experience the same issue. The issue is that for rome reason CA certificate of CAPsMAN is not imported into CAP.
Quick fix is to manually import CAPsMAN CA certificate into CAP. With one CAP its ok, but with more it’s cumbersome…
