CAPsMan... Does it allow for seemless AP hopping for clients

Greetings fellow MikroTik lovers.

The RouterOS traditionally has lacked a method of being a true wireless mesh controller that will facilitate seamless AP hopping. Currently no matter how the wireless network is setup, when the actual AP hop happens the client looses connection while it re-associates with the next AP. Some devices handle this momentary disconnect better than others.

Some wireless vendors have a controller that tracks the client and allows for true seamless AP hopping.

Sometimes this is not an issue, but more and more I am running into large area setups that it is definitely an issue.
I SO badly want to keep using MikroTik for these setups but I need this functionality.

I am hoping that someone can shed some light into maybe a method to make this work… i was hoping that CAPsMan would have the ability?

Thanks for any light you can shed on the subject!

This is many times repeated topic here. Therefore none answered to it as there is nothing new that was not written in older threads. Search for seamless roaming…
