Hi guys,
So I wanted to setup a hotspot via capsman on virutal ap’s. Did a lab at home and everything worked as expected, login page popped up on client devices etc. Installed at a clients premises using same config. Problem is login page doesn’t pop up when connecting a device. Hotspot is being run on virtual ap’s via capsman as at home. Hotspot bridge setup accordingly and capsman virtual ap’s dynamically add ports to Hotspot bridge as expected. Client connects to SSID and get ip address but no internet. Went back and forth trying different things and then decided to put eth5 on the Hotspot bridge and got the same result…ip but no internet connectivity. Fired up the local wlan interface and put it on the Hotspot bridge…same result as earlier. Brought the device home and plugged it up and away everything works. So am figuring that there is something going on on the clients LAN that is causing the hotspot service grief.
So has anyone got any ideas where to start trying to diagnose this problem?
P.S. The rest of the caps SSIDs work perfectly fine.
