In my private school with very limited funds we have a cisco switch with cisco ap’s. We kept getting a page saying Meraki disabled the network, which apparently means the licence expired. Can I replace the cisco router with a hEX PoE lite and manage 4 of the cisco ap’s with capsman?

No, CAPSMAN will only manage Mikrotik devices as it’s a proprietary Mikrotik protocol.
