capsman WiFiwave2 would not provision. button does nothing

7.11.2 on hap ax2 capsman and cap ax cap.
I’ve spent 2 hours on this. caps were connected to capsman, but interfaces disabled and no activity when Provision button was pressed.
I did the usual ‘radio mac = 00:00:00:00:00:00’ which is how you specified ‘all’ in capsman previously.

I also tried leaving radio mac blank.

I tried adding debug and caps to the log - didn’t show anything.

Then I added one of the actual radio MACs to the provision rule, and it worked. WTF. Then I removed the radio mac and put it back to blank, and it still works (I removed the interfaces and remote cap to reset it..). What the hell .. ?

I have noticed as well the old way with 00:00:00:00:00:00 does not seem to work with wifiwave2.

However, I do make it a habit to really specify which MAC address I want to have which provisioning rule.
But a catch-all with default config, I didn’t got it working yet (or I missed something).

Can you all please ditch capsman, so much better for your blood pressure, hair greying or hair loss, indigestion, time wasted etc etc etc.
