Hello. I have RB5009UG as a CAPs server and RB952Ui and RBcAPGi connected to it as two CAPs clients and everything is functional like this. I want to add a third CAPs client C53UiG, but it doesn’t work. So far it looks like I will be returning the C53UiG back to the store.
You currently have capsman controlling legacy wireless access point (hap AC and cap AC).
The last device you mention is AX3 = wave2-wifi device.
You can not control both types of wifi devices with the same capsman controller.
What you CAN do however, is install both capsman controller versions on the same device (since 7.13 this is possible).
But … with only 1 AX device, why bother ? Set that one up locally, use same SSIDs/security as the other ones and it should work too.
Just not from a single controller.
PS since 7.13 you can also move that cap AC to wave2 drivers and benefit from increased performance.

now it works - set manually
