Can anyone tel me the correct way to send the Agent Remote ID in a html redirect?

I have a CCR1016-12G(tile) I have a very simple login page to redirect the Captive Portal. What i am curios about is being able to send the DHCP Agent Remote ID to Captive portal Page. Is there a work variable?
