I’m in the process of deploying a captive portal on a MikroTik device. The setup is such that when customers connect to the WiFi, they are redirected to an internal server where they can input their name, surname, email, and country. After submitting this information, they should be granted access to the internet.
The issue I’m facing is that after they hit “submit,” the wireless connection is not allowing them to access the internet. The captive portal works up until this point, but the users can’t get internet access after submitting their details.
I’ve already configured most of the setup, but I’m stuck here. Can anyone suggest what might be causing the issue and how to fix it?
