I had some queries.
Does card power improve the signal or does it improve the bandwidth required?
Signal strength can be met by increasing the antenna gain like 30db instead of 23/27db.
My base station is getting too noisy so I wish to do something with it.
Turned on regulatory domain so card power dropped and so did signal but it is still in the required margins like 70/71.
working on a 60 km link across a river. the 30 km diagonal stretch comes over the river bed. Signal goes bad at night. not getting very good throughput even during day. Hardware is groove metal. 30 dbi dishes.
Can someone suggest smaller sized high gain antennas?
