CCQ and Tx Signal Strength

What does “Tx/Rx CCQ” and “Tx Signal Strength” mean?

These are reported by /interface wireless monitor wlan1

I think CCQ is the quality of the signal. If this is below about “3” for me, I cannot transfer data with any decent reliability… The TX signal is just a reflection of the signal strength at the other end of the link…
