7.3.1 is already available before 3 days ago (from 2022-06-10)
why wait more than 1 month with random reboots and kernel failure without update to next version???
You wait so much time before ask support, and you want to be serviced within 3 days?
Have you contacted your distributor?
You device have 7.3 on factory?
You omit what are all the various previous version you installed before the 7.3.
You do some test on spare device before upgrading the device on production?
You do netinstall and clean reconfig (without using .backups, but using .rsc, from previous version)?
You try to install latest 7.4 or 7.3.1 ???
Ehm,sorry,we are on 7.3.1. Yes,we will try to install 7.4 but you can instruct me why?Do you see anything in the changelog that solves our error? Did you wanna help or just writing something? We cannot contact distributor because this is out of warranty, coz we used for years with v6. No,it wasn't on 7.3 factory.
I can not help directly on software, I can provide only some hints.
Probably you do not read all what I write, there are not only questions, but inside are presents hints, like netinstall, etc.
I know that you do not read something on changelog, but on changelog is not present everything…
It’s not that I know anything hidden, it’s just the facts, maybe a reinstall with netinstall or the very fact of updating the software to 7.4 fixes things.
Or it ruins them completely, of course I can’t guarantee anything.
But I have “seen” a lot of users solving problems with the same version they had, reinstalling it with netinstall in order to remove all the v6 leftovers.
We have CCR1036 also randomly rebooting with ‘probably kernel failure’ as well as ‘connection tracking table full’ on both 7.2.1 and 7.4, support stated it was fixed in “v7.3beta” but nothing in the changelog that I could find, maybe 7.5beta will fix?
