CCR-1016 Kernel Panic

Just after a normal reboot, the device got stuck in “loading kernel from NAND” status. Connected to serial terminal that’s what i get:

RouterBOOT booter 3.13

Solutions?

Please use the Netinstall utility to reinstall RouterOS. This time use RouterOS v6.18 and the device should return to normal

Is happened to me.
The solution is ok, but what is the problem?
Is a particular version of RouterOS?

Thanks in advance.

There was a problem in one of the earlier versions, in RouterOS v6.18 it should be fixed.

What’s new in 6.17 (2014-Jul-18 15:14):
*) CCR1009 - fixed crash;

What’s new in 6.16 (2014-Jul-17 13:12):
*) CCR - fixed rare file system corruption when none
of configuration could be changed or some of it disappeared;

The same problem after a reboot in my CCR-1009-8G-1S-1S+
I tried with netinstall v6.18 but the same errors !!!
Please help…

Please contact support with a supout.rif file and console output attached, our developers will analyse this.

how to make support.rif if i can’t login to the router?

Sorry, in this case, full console output. If you device doesn’t operate, always contact support or seller. In the community forum, other users will not be able to help with such issues.

I already contact my reseller for RMA.
But what if in my new CCR, happens the same?
As i see it’s 6xx version the problem. 6.18 didn’t fix this problem.

i have the same problem with version 6.19 , i downgraded to 6.18 but still having ccr reboots hazardiously , i have changed the queue interface from only-hardware to ethernet-default but with no luck .
i have sent a suppout.rif file to the support and waiting for reply , hope the problem will be fixed

upgrade to ROS 6.19 then upgrade routerboot

Did you seem to get the problem fixed? Im having same issue but mine runs for a few hours then has kernal failure and then reboots 4 or 5 times…then runs a few hours again…dont understand.
