we are purchasing CCR-1036-14G-4S it working fine 7 days but after that it has problem we cannot access it! and LCD show Mikrotik logo with router configuration and ether boot then we tried to re-install OS by net install but it not work? so i tried with reset button so no any result?
anyone face same problem? or have solution to solve that?

Please find null modem cable and access your CCR by console, check the output (if you have any problems with it, post your output here).

I tried to access it via serial cable when i want to boot it via Ethernet it on the screen tell me check your cable? so changed cable and computer but same error message appear again.

thanks for your reply I am tried with your procedure but i cannot boot from ethernet please see attach files you requested.
Make sure that Netinstall computer is connected to Ether12 port.
Do you have proper “Net Booting” configuration?
