CCR 1036 stuck on Starting Kernel

HI everyone, i have ccr1036 12g 4s em, and last night mu ups has ben over and restarting my router every 3 second in the morning i change the Ups, but ccr not starting stuck in starting kernel, i send to repair to one company in my Contry they said procesor is damage everything its ok, i try tu reset but stuck on loading kernel from nand , i try with netinstall i reset, connect ether to ether 1 and ether 12 but is not detected, can you help me

Get a serial cable (see Wiki) and connect to the console.

Try a netinstall using ether1 to latest bugfix version.

To rule out the reset pressing time lottery, you can set that via the serial console (set the boot device to ether boot) having access to the console will be really useful to troubleshoot.

When you tried to netinstall, did you kept the reset pressed until the router appears on netinstall?
