Here goes my first post for help.I have a task that I am not certain how to start. Here is a list that might help.
- Configure CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+ router to provide VLAN setup for one phone VLAN 2 and whatever is necessary to provide private vlan configuration to a CSS326-24G Switch
- CSS 326-24G configuration to provide private vlan setup on each port of the switch
- Each port on the switch needs to be isolated from any other port. It does need to carry the PHONE VLAN to each port on the switch
I am open to anything that will get me started with this configuration.
Thanks in advanced for your help.
Dennis
I do need help with this question.
That’s a fun assignment, if I were you I would ask the instructor what is meant by
needs to be isolated from any other port
.

If we just give you the answer here, you won’t learn anything. So study and ask.
It most definitely is a fun assignment.
As for the question “needs to be isolated from any other port” I must assign a separate network address in a dynamic range so each port has a private network. That is why I wish to use VLANS. I will assign vlan 101 thru 120 to ports 1 thru 20 retrospectively. I hope this helps explain my issue.
It does. And what you intent will do the job. And now the rest.
Forgot to mention: if you want to simulate networks / devices, you can do that with GNC3. There you can use CHR for free (limited in bandwidth)
